- The passengers are requested to co-operate with the bus operators to maintain punctuality.
- The Ticket booked is not transferable.
- Please carry a valid photo id while traveling.
- Bus Operator reserves rights to change the seat while boarding.
- The Company does not accept responsibility for any injury, damage or loss caused by any accident. Delay or irregularity or any other natural calamities.
- Passengers are allowed to carry personal luggage at their own risk. Additional luggage will be charged.
- Smoking & Consumption of liquor is prohibited on board.
- Passengers hereby consent to receive communications by SMS / Email or calls from bus operator with regards to the services provided by them.
- Passengers shall report at the boarding point at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time
- 1. Management is not responsible for your luggages/baggage belongings inside the bus/office.
- 2. Tickets are not transferable.The management reserves the right to off - load passengers who are travelling on incorrect tickets, disturbing the co-passengers & also drunken passengers, without refu

- 5. The ticket is valid for the particular journey to which it is issued.
- 6. The Management reserves the right to cancel,postpone,change or delay the vehicle without assigining any reason,and to change the sitting arrangements in case of emergency.
- 7. Passengers are requested to report 15 minutes in advance.The bus will not wait for passengers who are late.
- 8. Contraband and explosive article are not allowed.
- 9. Smoking and Consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited in the coach and Drunk passengers strictly not allowed.
- 10. There is no refund on cancellation of Pre/Postponed & Open ticket.
- 11. For ticket cancellation and any other changes the customer has to visit nearest company office with ticket and telephonic request will not be entertained.
- 12. The coaches and the passengers are covered by insurance. In the event of accidents and consequential injury, loss of life and any other damages, such contingencies are covered by the insurance.
- 13. Changes to date or time can be made to your booking if you notify us at least one day prior to the scheduled departure time by visiting our branch/agency counter
- 14. Pets and Animals not allowed in the bus while Journey
- 15. Any passenger disturbing the co-passengers is liable to be alighted from the coach.
- 16. Seats Will Be Confirmed Only After Successful Payment. ( Depending Upon Seat Availability ).
- 17. The cancellation refund will be provided as a cash coupon with an expiry time of one year. You can use this cash coupon anytime with in that one year to do any further bookings.
- 19. For children above 5 years full ticket compulsory,With out ticket children will not be allowed to board the bus (Age proof Required) .
- 20. Audio, video and Fan Complimentary and No video service between 12 Midnight to 6 a.m.
- 21. Within 4 hours from station main departure time their is no Pre/Postpone and Open ticket.
- 22. Pre/ Post/ Open ticket is not allowed in connecting services.
- 23. Difference Amount will not be refunded, in case of Pre/ Post/ Open ticket cases.
- 24. If booked coach gets cancelled/Change, Diifferent seats can be given in other coach/Same Coch.

Cancellation Terms
- Cancellation has per cancellation policy of respective ticket.
- Partial Cancellation Is Possible.
- Partial cancellations will be refunded immediately
- It Is Rights of MMK Travels To Change Cancellation Policy Any Time Without Prior To Notice
- Bookings from this site will be eligible for cancellation through Cancellation Form on this site only, In case e-ticket is booked through an agent, please contact respective agent for cancellations.
- On Cancellation, Refund will be credited in 3 To 10 working days in source payment.
- Ticket once transferred cannot transferred or cancelled again.
